i just recently found out i am 6 weeks pregnant. this is my very first pregnancy, i am overjoyed, and scared. i am wondering if you mamas have any advice about anything honestly to help me?

I’m only baby #3 and still scared. It’s just the mama in you coming out. Stop worrying. Relax, take one day at a time. Make your appointment, do what you gotta do. And always ask questions. No question is a dumb question, especially if it has worried you. Drink lots of fluid stay hydrated, make sure you eat…and most importantly. Be happy congratulations sweet girl.

Try not to stress. If something feels off, go get checked. Period. Get a 2nd opinion if needed. You know your body. Listen to it.

Ginger ale helps with morning sickness, I got that week 6-12
I was scared more the 2nd and 3rd time then I was the first time. I guess everyone is different, but best advice is to take care of yourself. Drink lots of water because uti suck. Snack 6 times a day. And enjoy your pregnancy
Soda crackers at your bedside and with you for morning sickness, and stop overthinking it. Take one day at a time and enjoy the journey. Go to your scheduled appointments, ask the questions that you have and take time out to do some relaxing things that you enjoy at least a few times a week. Yoga and meditation is amazing for anxiety. Congrats!

Go for walks. Helps with swelling in ankles. Like seriously helps and water.
If your having morning sickness I swear by fruit smoothies. Saltine crackers. Take your prenatals.
And don’t worry you got this. I was scared my 1st baby too. It’s totally normal.
Make an appointment with obgyn and see them regularly throughout your pregnancy. And if you ever have any questions or concerns during ur pregnancy they are always there to tell them your concerns.
I loved my obgyn. She was a very good listener and always gave me wonderful advice for me and baby to stay healthy.
Dont stress. Drink plently of water. Enjoy the moments as they come. When in doubt call your OB doc. Even after hours there is always some one on call! You’re going to do great mama! Congrats!
remember to breath and slow down sometimes the biggest fears and issues can be solved if u just breath or sit for a few mins. everything will be there later to finish. and drink plenty of water
