Oxyclean and a garden hose!!
I actually had a grade 4 complete previa (worse than a 3) and a Velamentous cord insertion, iugr, and several other issues. They had my blood on hand in surgery but didn’t need it and it went great! He was 4lbs 6oz when we went home after 4 days and never had to go to nursery or take a bottle/supplements. So he was small but perfectly okay
That is a very serious condition that can be deadly to you and the baby I really truly hope that you have confident knowledgeable medical team monitoring you and the baby. The sooner they deliver the baby 35 -37 weeks the better you and baby will be health-wise.
I am currently in the hospital at 35 weeks and 2 days for vasa previa along with some other complications. My doctor made the plan at 30 weeks to admit me at exactly 35 weeks and I will be delivery no later than the day i turn 37 weeks. I had two steroid shots in the first two days I was here to help my baby’s lungs develop more. I have a high risk medical team whom will watch me all day long for the next 12 days and they are on top of everything. Definitely talk with your doctor and get a game plan going. This stuff is very very risky and you definitely need to be near or in the hospital for the last little bit of your pregnancy.
