Growing pains in kids

Did anyone child get growing pains under 5? My son turns 5 in April but the last two months he keeps waking up crying in the night because his legs hurt. He takes his vitamins everyday and he constantly drinks water

My 4 year old was complaining of leg pains too

Yes my 3rd has had leg pains for as long as I can remember. Ib proven and a bath helps

My daughter has done this since she was 3. I started using magnesium oil spray and it seems to help. And Tylenol or ibuprofen.

The doctor suggested magnesium for kids leg cramps it was a life saver

My 4 year old is also complaining of his legs hurting. His pediatrician said it was growing pains

Check with your Pediatrician to be safe. Maybe they have some hints for you on what to do.

My child had leg pain from 6 months to 4 years old they finally figured out that half his body grows bigger than the other half…. But regardless all the specialists and doctors I seen actually told me that growing pains are not real

What does the pediatrician say?

Yes! My son has had them often for a couple years. He is 4 now. He is a tall boy for his age. He complains about his knees and calves often as well as his back. I rub him and it helps him sleep. I also have a children’s magnesium spray I use sometimes.

My exs grandson had them bad nightly. We gave him warm corn bags to put on his legs to help ease the pain a little. My son never had them.

I had leg pain so bad my momma had to carry me to the bathroom
