So I’m the Halloween friend and my mom friends all brought up wanting to have a halloween party when we were out to dinner and kind of stared at me. Of course I volunteered to host. I’m very excited. I need game ideas. Kids range from 3-8. I’m gonna do a “ghost hunt” like easter eggs, but ghosts. I need some other ideas. Any suggestions?

Following for my daughter birthday
Fill orange balloons with small toys and/or candy, blow them up, throw them in the yard and play “stomp the pumpkins”.
Bobbing for apples is a classic but some people think it’s germy 
Musical chairs with Halloween music.
Pin the smile or bow tie on the skeleton.
Label shoe boxes things like “witch warts " and put peas in the box or " worms” and put cooked noodles is it etc. And have kids reach there hands inside and touch it without seeing it.

We like bobbing for apples but not everyone is comfortable with that. We have started hanging mini donuts from a string at varying lengths from a doorway and the kids have to try to bite off the donuts without using their hands (the donut swings around so they are kind of like bobbing for it but minus the shared drool water lol)
Add candy that is wrapped in a box with cooked spaghetti and make the kids touch and squeeze for the candy. Scary piñata filled with candy. Have music and a dance floor. Make a scary entrance that is like a haunted house. A bounce house would also be cool too. You can buy some at Costco and Amazon for like $300 or rent one. Have movies like goosebumps playing activity area where they can make dirt and worms. Cookie table where they can add their own toppings and have pumpkins ghosts monster cookies.
Make a big orange pumpkin posterboard then black construction paper for mouth & eyes then cut out a bunch of noses pin the nose on the pumpkin… Make like 2 lbs of spaghetti place in cauldron… buy little black plastic spiders throw in there mix it up and they stick their hands into it and find a spider…
