Hard bottom shoes for younger babies?

My youngest is almost 8 months and she’s starting to stand so I imagine she will be walking before the winter. I want to keep her feet covered when it’s cold but if she’s walking, I don’t want to just put soft booties on her. Anyone know of hard bottom shoes for younger babies? All 3 of my kids so far have had absolutely tiny feet but the older 2 didn’t walk nearly as early so it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Stride right? I believe is what they’re called were my favorite fist shoes for my babies.

StrideRite if it still exists. I believe you aren’t supposed to put shoes on babies before they have been walking for a while.

Mine walked at 8 months. Regular white baby shoes. Babies can wear shoes walking or not. They just don’t need to

I got my boys new balances. I started putting shoes on them at 4 months. New balances help with ankle support. But this was of course 14yrs ago lol

They don’t need hard bottom shoes yet, it isn’t good for foot development

My one was walking at 9 months I went to clarkes and got her hard sole shoes from there.

You can get pre-walkers from places like Clarks. They are hard-bottomed but designed to help the foot develop properly. Don’t just put them in regular shoes or sneakers as they need to develop their arches properly first.
