Has anyone denied the vitamin k shot and given oral vitamin k instead? What is the dosage yall gave??

It’s known to absorb more quickly and efficiently into your newborns body via shot than orally. Do your own research and consult with your doctor is the only advice I will give. It’s important for your child to receive.
Its dangerous and unnecessary amd carr s a black box warning. Babies have low vit k so stem cells can get around their body and repair anything that may have been hurt during birth. Unless you’ve had a really traumatic birth it is definitely not necessary. It causes their blood to be like 1000x thicker than an adults
