Has anyone else felt this way?

I feel like I’m always tired. I’m currently 19 weeks pregnancy and still nursing my 8 month old. I don’t have energy to do anything . My head hurts. I’m just exhausted 😪 I feel lazy and useless lately cause all I can do is watch my daughter and hang out at home. Anyone else feel this way?

I would say it’s normal to be pretty tired, but if you believe it could be out of the norm I would go to the dr. Like someone else said iron levels could be low. Are you on prenatals?

You are not lazy or useless!!! You are not only raising a child, but also growing one!!! That is exhausting!!! You doing more important things than someone that works 60 hours a week!!! If it worries you, talk to your doctor. There may be some PPD or even a vitamin issue going on. Either way, you are growing a human and that takes a toll on your body!! Don’t beat yourself up about that!

You are building a little human of course you are tired. Just relax and recoup energy the best you can. Be sure you are getting enough to eat and drink, especially if you are breastfeeding. Good luck mama!

Sweetheart not only are you pregnant you have an 8 month old, not surprised you are exhausted and don’t feel like doing anything. I’m sure your dr has made sure all your levels are good but double check your iron and thyroid.
