Has any breastfeeding moms expierenced a milk blister on their nipple. Im in so much pain when i nurse, ive only been doing it on the one side, but then my other side gets milk and i just have to sit thru the pain. And im not talking about a cloged milk duct. Wondering when it will go away and if i should continue to nurse even when it hurts so much!
Mine went away pretty fast.
I read a warm compress, gently rubbing it with a wash cloth helps. I just fought through the pain and it eventually went away after about a week or so.
They call them blebs. And it’s from a poor latch.
