has anybody gotten a positive pregnancy test at 4 weeks postpartum? we’ve been having unprotected sex since 20ish days postpartum so i know it’s possible. i guess what i’m asking is, if this happened to anybody else and they were actually pregnant and it wasn’t left over hcg or anything

I believe you can still test positive up to 5 weeks after giving birth. But you can also get pregnant as little as 3 weeks after giving birth.
Your most fertile after giving birth which is one of the reasons they say to wait until 6 weeks pp to have sex, it’s highly likely you are pregnant again. Maybe try taking another test and if positive I’d make an appointment with my ob.
