Have you and your spouse ever had to sleep seperate?

Have you and your SO ever had to sleep separate? We’re going through a really bad 8 month sleep regression + she’s getting all her teeth in at once, so I’d say for the past month she’s been up at least 10x a night. Last night was really bad and my husband mentioned to me we may have to sleep separate, because he has to be up early for work.

For something like this, I think it’s best. Got to be rested for work

Yes, adults sick or kids sick … separate rooms or someone e in the couch. If one has early or late work situation. No biggie to sleep separate

More than half you all that post in this group should not reproduce. We are fucking doomed as a society

Yep when kids are sick or sleep regression. Or when he was sick and I slept on the couch so I didn’t get it. And I didn’t want him in the living room spreading his germs around getting the kids sick either!

Sounds great. Because he will be well rested he can take the little one early mornings (weekends) so you can get some catch up sleep

Many couples sleep separately for various reasons including snoring.

No cause mine helped me with the baby.

Yes. Our baby is colicky right now and he was up since 1am and I tapped out at 330 and dad swooped in and took him downstairs so I could get some sleep until 8am since there’s no sense in both of us losing sleep.
