Hello! could anyone advise me on child support/maintenance please? The father of my child pays me £150 a month for our 3 year old boy and that’s just down to agreement as I’m young (22) so didn’t fully know how much he should be paying so agreed to that. If I went through via child maintenance would he be paying me more than what he does now? He works full time, still lives with his mum so doesn’t pay rent, and our son never stays with him overnight.
