We are approaching age four & my son eats split in half cashews. We are going dairy free so I need help with getting high calcium foods in? Do I crush almonds in oatmeal or in cereal since they have lots of calcium per cup. Doesn’t like almond milk but would like almond. I tried to sweeten the almond milk with pure honey & warm it still a no go. Would an almond butter work or is it much lower in mg? He needs 1000mg a day not sure how to get there. Thank you for reading. We need high calcium foods dairy free.
