I am currently pregnant with my 3rd baby. I want to announce next time my family gets together for thanksgiving! With my first two I didn’t do anything big, just told them the news. This time I want to do something fun/exciting to share the news! Does anyone have any ideas?

Make some shirts for your kids; husband; and you that say something about another turkey around the table next year

You can at some point put a bun in the oven and gather everyone around and open the oven dramatically and let them realize the message.

I was going to wear a shirt that said ‘the one where everyone finds out im pregnant’ to see if my family stopped to read the shirt…but its sitting in my closet…never got to use it.

We had these made when we announced on thanksgiving.
Put them in Thanksgiving big brother/ sister shirts
I made a sign for my daughter to hold that says this year I’m Thankful I won’t be an only child anymore.

Put a Cornish game hen next to the turkey.
Since you’re all together, get everyone together to take a family photo. When they think you are going to use the traditional line of “say cheese”, tell them “say (insert your name here)'s pregnant”.
It’s fun because you can actually snap a few quick photos of their reactions, as they all process the news.

If your other kid are little (under reading & blabbing age) put them in big sister/brother shirts. Don’t say anything. Just let them figure it out.
If your family does the thing where you go around the table saying what you’re thankful for say “I’m thankful for my 3 children” see who catches it.
Dress the your children in: I’m going to be a Big Brother / Sister Shirts !!
Followed by MANY bun’s in the oven jokes !!!
