I’m so sorry your going through this shocking & painful time…Hes devious & clever. My situation was completely differant I was left homeless without shoes, or anything…I lived in Florida at the time & went to legal aid…be very careful your spouse is a monster

In N.C it takes a year. But if you feel you or your girls are in danger you could take our a protective order threw the court. They will give you custody for a year and they will order him to pay support for you and your kids. You gotta put that in the order. It’s called a B-52.
You can file yourself in every state. Go to your states website and type in forms for divorce
