Looking for some advice… I went to my OB yesterday and I’m 32 weeks with my third I’ve never had this issue with my first 2 and have always had regular deliveries but she told me baby is still breech and I should either start doing things like exercises to flip him or I will need to get an ECV or schedule a C-Section (which I’m trying my hardest to avoid) is there any exercises or things you know of to do to help the baby go head down?
I have no idea about any exercises to flip babe. But with my first, she was breech up until 37 weeks.
With my third, she flipped around until around 38wks. By then, she finally stayed head down
I had my lil man at 37 weeks due to him being breeched he was head up then head up and back up it was back and forth lol. My OB told me to go in a pool and basically do a head stand or she had me do some exercises involving a couch I also walked a lot as well. I was able to get him head down and was induced at 37 weeks. If I couldn’t get him head down she was going to flip him and then induced me right away.
bounce on a swiss ball, curb walking, crawling on your hands n knees
If your 32 weeks what’s the prob… you deliver over a month from then. Baby will go head down when it’s ready. Shame on your provider for scaring you
I had this with my 1st. She did turn! At 35 weeks. She broke my connective muscle in my pelvis and my induction failed so I had a section anyway my advice is that if little 1 is still breach at 34-35 weeks stop trying to turn then! But exercise and that message (manhandled thing) they offer does work a lot of the time but just try not go over the 35 week mark xx
Search it up on YouTube but if you chill in downward dog they should flip
My daughter was breech until 2 days before I had her at 39 weeks.
Your baby has lots of time to turn, try not to stress
