FTM mom and I just had a question. I know sleep regression is a thing first off. So the problem is my daughter has been sleeping through the night since she was 3 weeks old. She is now 5 months old, and all the sudden for about a week now she just hasn’t been doing it. I was just wondering if there are any tips or tricks other mamas used when their babies went through sleep regression? Also I’m wondering how long it might last? My husband and I both work so just staying up all night with her isn’t really an option. Thank you!
