My daughter will be 3 in November how can I get her to wear panties and not diapers outside of the house without accidents?

Is she potty trained? If no you can’t really have her wear panties without having accidents all the time. If she is, always bring extra clothing and panties with you in case and when she can go like an hour without any accidents then you gotta reward her. That’s how I did with my 3 oldest children. My 3 y.o isn’t potty training yet, he’s not ready so I won’t force him cause it will be harder since it ain’t coming from him.
Let her pick out her own panties at the store, tell her if she don’t wet the diapers she will be able to wear the big girl panties

If she’s not potty trained, you have to start by potty training her

Potty training and washable potty training underwear. The underwear is cloth but thicker to catch accidents.
Let her flush the chain when the adults pee tell her that when she pees there she’ll get to do the flushing …Also leave her wet for a little longer she’ll take the diaper off when she feels it’s uncomfortable

Why do we need to refer to a 3 yr olds undergarments as panties…it’s underwear for children. And people wonder why pedophiles have an easy target. But that aside, if she isnt ready she isn’t ready. My son was fully potty trained by the age of 2.5 and I was told boys were hard. No, we just stopped every time we passed a bathroom in a store and went and tried, and he had a pair of Good nights underwear on which has the absorbent pad for peeing and you just wash and reuse. But it’s the feel of reel underwear and cool designs and you just have to be patient and try. It only took 6-7 months
Start slow at home. Don’t be mad at her for accidents.
We got a bunch of diffrent kind. And let her chose. She will get it when she gets ready
