Lots of fluids to drink, skin to skin contact, good calories when you eat and SLEEP! Believe it or not sleep is so important…your body cannot spend energy it doesn’t have. I also had great success by pumping at every few hours so that I would make more milk than was really consumed…had to start freezing it almost right away
Keep taking or restart your prenatal vitamins. I had some left over years after I stopped nursing. Decided I’d take them again as a vitamin because I felt so great when I had first taken them. My milk came right back in! Silly me!
Rest as much as possible and eat well
Fenugreek supplements
The more you pump/breastfeed the more milk you will make. You can even try taking supplements that help with milk supply like fenugreek…etc. If you have a IBCLC or CLC in your area they can help a great deal. I do have videos on youtube that I have made on increasing your milk supply. Feel free to check those out.

I drink a tea called mothers milk. Drink lots of water and try super pumping sessions. It always helps me when i am starting to produce less
Try to remember that it is a supply and demand situation… Stay hydrated and pump in between nursing to make sure that your production stays up.
