how do I sleep train my 18 month old (to sleep in his own bed) by the time he is 2? he shares a bed with mom and dad and currently breastfeeds to sleep and a few times through the night. we’re working on only eating solids during the day and not breastfeeding to sleep for naps or nighttime. so it’s a lot right now. and sleep training is the next step for us.
