do you guys have any tips on putting a two year old in their own room?
I always put a twin mattress on the floor in their room to start (with side rails), a white sound machine, night light, and Humidifier and we always read books before bed and I lay with her in her bed until she falls asleep and then she either sleeps all night or if she wakes up she knows she can come into my room. I also have a baby gate in her door way entrance that she knows how to open so if she does wake up and come into my room I hear her right away because of the baby gate. I’ve done this with all three of my kiddos and it works great! As long as they start in their room I don’t care if they end up in my room. Their only little once and these years go by quick😊
