Had a miscarriage in September have been ttc since then, it took 11 months to conceive the first time, so it’s been 5 cycles with no luck so far, during my first pregnancy my period was late which is far from normal so I tested for two weeks negative a month later it showed positive. Miscarried at 11 weeks, now I am 6 days late, still negative testing, been having period signs for a week but nothing. Thoughts?
