It’s hard to say if there’s a “cure”, because there might not be one. I have female pattern baldness. It is genetic, as my mom, my sister, my aunts and my grandmother all have/had it. It gets worse after having kids. I suggest that if after a few months (like 3-5) of taking biotin and using thickening shampoos, if you don’t notice a change or if it seems to get worse, head to a dermatologist to see if there’s help/a solution. I know how hard it is to try and have self confidence when you’re struggling with thinning hair

Are you still taking folic acid and an iron supplement? Also use a shampoo with tea tree oil. I have the same after baby 3 and 4. Once I stopped using store bought shampoo and took more iron it’s stopped totally.

From my experience their is no magical cure unfortunately. You just have to wait it out. Good news, it is going to stop shedding and will grow back.
