Is there something on the market that I can put over my eyes to protect them while I’m sleeping? I think I’ve been trying to poke them out at night in my sleep.

I would seek a dr if it’s really that case. Could be a medical thing

I would duct tape oven mits to your hands at night and go from there. (This might be a two person job tho)
