How can I regulate my emotions?

I need help regulating myself… i feel like ever since I had my daughter last year I have been crabbier than normal. I get angry or irritated quicker and am not as patient. How can I fix this?

CBT therapy, working out, lifestyle changes, and reading books about mindfulness etc

Lots of things to try until you can find something that works.
-therapy
-asking for help when you’re feeling overwhelmed or emotional.
-walks/exercise daily
-vitamins
-change to a healthy diet
-limit alcohol and caffeine
-get better sleep (I’m guilty of staying up way too late just to have “me time” but regret it every single morning lol)
-self care on a regular basis like once a week coffee date with your bestie (no kids!) Or taking time to get hair/nails/spa in.
