Why are you worried about that? Is it something in your family? If your baby is reacting badly to feeds like vomiting or really smelly poo then speak to your HV or Paed. I don’t just mean posset, I mean bringing up the whole feed. Don’t pat after feeds, rub gently to get rid of excess air. Mine would always be sick otherwise! I feel someone with a Formula Agenda is making you worry unnecessarily.
Track any excess gas, upset stomach, etc really bad days for baby and track what you eat during those days or the days they eat that pumped milk. And of course bring it up to their ped as they can help narrow down the cause as well (incase it’s not dairy related). Good luck!
Mucousy/bloody stool is a dead giveaway. Also major gas and colic.
