Ginger chews are wonderful for nausea!! Safe for any age with teet/ unless you boil and drain. Also chicken broth warm.
Apple juice and also yogurt helps
Sounds weird but drink a little dill pickle juice
- Ginger. Ginger tea, ginger ale.
- Garlic & acidophilus capsules: take apart and mix contents with formula or baby food or applesauce or mashed potatoes or yogurt for the younger set who can’t swallow them.
- Lots of hand washing and cleaning surfaces like door handles, drawer handles—anything that gets touched a lot.
- Fresh air and sunshine.
Change pillowcases often. - Lots of clear liquids and easy to digest foods: yogurt, mashed potatoes, applesauce, toast, rice, noodles. Campbell’s chicken & stars always soothes my stomach and my mom used to make bouillon with alphabet noodles for me when I was sick.
- Maybe ask your doctor/s for something if the nausea is hanging on forever.
