How did you sleep if you had shoulder surgery?

Question for any mommas who have had shoulder surgery, how did you sleep?? I’m waiting to get an mri to see if I’ve torn my labrum (my dr is pretty sure I did) and I am so freaking uncomfortable at night. I have a giant sling thing on and I can’t put any weight on it of course. It’s been since Thursday and sleeping just hurts and I’m SO tired, any and all advice would be appreciated

I used a bed pillow, you know the curved ones with kinda arm rests, slept semin sitting up.

Probably need to sleep on a recliner

I had shoulder surgery in January of this year. I slept in my Lazy Boy recliner for 4 weeks. Then I moved to the bed with pillows all around me for support. I’m just now barely able to half way lay on that shoulder.

I had shoulder surgery a year ago and slept in the lazy boy chair was bliss couldn’t roll on it I stayed their for about 2 weeks b4 moving into the bed

Slept in my recliner after rotator cuff surgery
