How did you stop breastfeeding as an EBF mother? My daughter will be a year old in 2 weeks and I have been ready to give up breastfeeding for some time now, but she is not. I’ve introduced a sippy cup & she has had formula in it before when she’s been with my mother-in-law but with me she will spit it out. She eats solid food well but she’s still needing to nurse to get full it seems. She’s also still waking up 2-4 times a night. I am so done with breastfeeding but I have no idea where to start. Also adding that I’m a stay at home mom & I do not pump, I’ve only ever been able to get 1-2 ounces from one breast & hardly any from the other. Any advice from mothers that were once in my situation would be helpful, thank you!
