How did you guys survive the 2 year old sleep regression. My son didn’t end up falling asleep until 11pm and woke right back up at 3:30 for the day . He didn’t even nap the day before so I was shocked when he didnt sleep good

I’m lucky enough to be home with my kids, so for me when my son was going threw it his big sisters were in school so I napped with him just made sure we woke in time for end of school.
