How do i manage sciatic pain in pregnancy?

Try looking up exercises specifically for sciatica on the internet. You can always run them by your OB. The exercises helps help strengthen your hips/back. They work, and, you don’t need to work with weights necessarily.

Chiropractor!!! My sciatic was horrible, caused a lot of major swelling. I found a Chiropractor that specializes with pregnancy and have been seeing her twice a week for the last 2 months, once for adjustment and once for a massage. I have almost no swelling and the pain is so much more manageable

Chiropractor helped me soooo much! I could barely walk I hurt so bad and in just two sessions I felt so much better!

My dr said that the only cure was giving birth :laughing:

Whew. I never found much to help except a massage!

Chiropractor and Acupuncture. And a full body Pregnancy Pillow.

Stretching, magnesium and try massage and chiropractor.

All I could do was they happy baby yoga pose.

Chiropractor. Ice for twenty minutes then heat. Repeat twice.
