How do all you SAHM deal w mom depression? The kids, the chores, the cooking. Same thing every day. We go days without needing to leave the house. There’s constant pressure to be the best mom & wife. I try so hard but some days it’s so hard.

I started letting daddy do the bedtime routine so i could start working out. It has helped me tremendously with my mental health. It has also given him special time with the littles. Of course there are some nights they want mommy, but for the most part this has worked for us!
I feel your pain! Make it a point to have you time. Go get your hair done. Get your nails done. Make time to do what makes you happy. And date nights are a must!!!
