Has anyone found anything that works to get rid of stomach fat? I don’t eat a lot but still can’t get rid of the baby fat

How far out from birth are you? Age? Number of kids? This all plays a factor
Eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going and exercise stomach area
If you eat too little you will retain the fat. Only thing that works is to cut out carbs and sugars, eat healthy and work out. I do tread mill for 30 minutes 200 crunches and a few machines at the gym Monday thru Friday to keep the weight off. I have tried everything and that’s the only thing that works
