How do you get your fine hair to grow?

My hair is so fine and won’t grow. What does everyone use to help with growth?

I use CHI with Karatin Shampoo…my hair is baby fine use to be thin, but since using this Shampoo my hair is very healthy and grows like crazy!
I also use a heat spray before blow drying or applying any heat, wash every two days let air dry as much as possible. But do you a good wet brush to stimulate the scap.

Hair masks. The difference to mine is amazing. I use L’Oréal Hair Repair and Body Shop Banana Hair Mask.

Take a vitamin supplement for hair growth too as well as follow the tips above. Heat protectant is very important also even if all you do is blow dry

Before I wash my hair (twice a week) I put rosemary oil on my head with a scalp scrubber and leave that on for at least an hour. I also use wild growth hair oil on my edges where it has thinned out. And use a detox cleansing shampoo once a week to remove build up for new hair growth. Hope this helps

This product made my hair grow and thicken

Simple only get it cut every couple years,you don’t need anything special also do not use hot curling irons or hair blowers,I have very fine hair and never had trouble growing it
