How do you get your teen boys to take care of their hair?

How do you get your teen boys to take care of their hair? He just does not care and its very thick and curly so I need him to care…sometimes it mats

If they want longer hair styles, they need to keep it up.

If not they get shorter cut next time.

My son is the same way… I’ve explained to him, you want the hair you take care of it or it’s getting cut

Idk I’ve been telling my son forever now that if he wants long hair then take care of it but once he comes back home it’s getting cut
