How do you sleep through the night?

How do you guys sleep thorugh the night? I am struggling over here…I feel liek I am constantly waking up to use the bathroom for no reason and I am so tired every single day…

I don’t, and never have. Some people just don’t. My youngest is the same way.

I would check with your doctor for the cause.

I have A.D.D. that’s the cause of my waking up multiple times a night.

Do you wake with the urge to use the bathroom and then can’t go!?! Could be a UTI?? Consult with doctor if that’s the case. Blessings
