Due to not so great side effects I’m stopping the pill and I’m wondering how long it took others to have regular periods after stopping birth control.

I stopped birth control didn’t even get another period and was pregnant lol
It wasn’t the pill, but after I got off my birth control, I had a period one month later
Hmm. The only time i did have regular periods was on the pill.
Have you tried switching to a different pill? I used to get crazy crazy 
switched to low dose after my baby n haven’t had any weirdness or sickness feeling at all- it’s been 2yrs
I would say it depends. When I took the pill, I skipped the placebo (the peach colored ones at the bottom of the pack) so I never had a period while on it. When I quit taking it (I used it for 5 years) it took me over a year to have a period. But I was also told it wasn’t healthy to go that route for such a long time. Always ask your doctor.
