How long did it take for your back spasms to go away after having a baby? I didn’t have them when I had my son but after having my daughter I keep getting them, especially in my sleep and they wake me up

Depends really. Stay hydrated before bedtime and eat plenty of potassium .
My youngest child will be 10 years old in June of this year. I still get them. 
They’re not nearly as bad or as frequent as they were right after birth. They’ve become fewer and less intense over the years, but unfortunately have never totally gone away.
