How long were you dilated before giving birth?

So I went to my OB appointment and I’m 2.5-3cm dilated. I go in to get induced on the 11th… has anyone been dilated 2.5-3cm for that long? I’m hoping he comes before the 11th

I was 4 to 4.5 for 2 weeks

My Birthdays the 11th! Lol

I dilated every couple weeks until they induced me

I was dilated to a 3 at 36 weeks with my 2nd son, stayed that way until induction at 39 weeks even with occasional painful contractions.
