How many words did or does your 14 month old say ?
My son was nonverbal till he was close to 3. But he has autism. All kids are different with development though.

but they’re all diff my cousin didn’t speak until he was 7.

Every child is different so this isn’t an easy answered question and not one you should compare your child to others with. If you are concerned about your child’s speech talk to pediatrician and get a referral to be evaluated by a early intervention speech therapist.
I had one (first born) speaking full sentences/conversation by that age, one that as speaking small 3-4 word sentences and one that was still baby/toddler babble with only a small vocabulary.
