Where do you find your sitters?
As a babysitter I charged 30-35 a day but also it depends on where you live for sure. Also if it is a certified home daycare where they have lesson plans vs me making up things as I go 
Depends on how long we are gone…. If she keeps them for the weekend if we go out of town 150 per day
Whew lol. I need to hire you guys babysitters. But I guess that’s different from a nanny.

When we took our daughter to a babysitter at her home and it was $20 per day and we took her 2 days a week plus we tipped. She was a SAHM and her daughter was 1 month older than mine sooo it was super nice.
Hourly $10. Daily rate is $20.
Nanny is paid by the week or day. Babysitter hourly roughly $20
I pay 150$ a week for my 2 and 3 year old for 3 days a week ($50 a day for 2 kids)
I pay $100 for 2 weeks at my sons daycare

We paid our sitter $25 a day. That included breakfast lunch and snacks that we didn’t have to provide ourselves and she was really amazing at working with our work schedules so if we had to drop off really early or work a little later than usual she was totally fine with it. She was the best and honestly worth so much more.

And 40 a night for my overnight kid that I babysit.
But the prices depends on so many factors.
The hours , days , how many kids and their ages .What qualifications and certifications the sitter has and what will be her duties .
Also where the sitter will be taking care of the kid .
If you want the sitter to work at your house , you have to consider the distance and gas expenses, they will charge more because they will exclusively be taking care of just your child, if she work at her place she can babysit for more families and might be able to charge less
