Best thing to do is talk with his pediatrician. But kids grow at different rates. Some kids are more active, some are picky, ECT. It really depends on the kid.

Depends on the kid. Mine is 8 and is still bordering 40lbs but I’m a small person and his bio dad is also small so I don’t press him about his weight and I drop pediatricians who do because he follows his own curve.

It’s all up to genetics but most 2 year old boys weigh between 20-30 pounds, he’s right on track.

All 3 of my boys by 5-6 months weighed 20-25 lbs (my oldest weighed 25 lbs at 5 months, 2nd 20 lbs by 6 months, 3rd 22 lbs by 5 months) then kinda hung around there as they started crawling/walking and gained much slower from crawling point on. My 7 year old now weighs 38 lbs, 3 yr old weighs 30 lbs, 2 year old weighs 28 lbs. My daughter on the other hand will be 6 months the 21st and was just under 12 lbs at her 4 month checkup. Let me tell ya the girl eats nonstop, she just plays it all off I swear :joy: I totally understand the weirdest out by size thing :joy: she’s so tiny and fragile feeling compared to her brothers.

My oldest son was probably close to 26lbs shortly after turning 1. My youngest son was 3.5 before he reached and stayed at 30lbs. They’re now 13 & 10 and the older one is still larger than most kids his age, while the youngest is a string bean. It’s normal for him from the sounds of it…

My 2 year old son is 48lbs…

3.5. Grand daughter is 30

My 19 month old son is 25lbs. He’s on the shorter side too at 32 inches. It all depends on the kid. My daughter is 4 and weighs 47lbs and is the tallest in her class except for 1 boy.

Don’t worry about it mama. As long as he is fed his weight isn’t a big deal. Kids have fantastic metabolism so as long as he isn’t malnourished there’s nothing to be concerned about. All 4 of my kids are tiny. My 5 year old just broke 30 pounds this year. She’s been in the 1st percentile for weight for her entire life (except when she was actually not even on the chart because she was so small) but she’s a human garbage disposal and eats like crazy but her metabolism is sooo fast the fat doesn’t stand a chance with her.

My boy turns 2 next month and hes 35lbs weight is soo different for all kids!! If your dr does not have any concern and your baby is happy and healthy let him grow at his own pace :sparkles:

Lol mine is turning 2 next month and she’s 21.8 pounds, healthy as can be but tiny. Both my girls were tiny tho and I was too so no suprise
