I have a very small little front lawn it’s more decorative than anything else, BUT I do have to put a sprinkler on it to keep it nice. My question is, where I live in Idaho is going to be 111 degrees off and on this week. How much should I water it? I measure in hours I guess but I’ve noticed it’s getting a little yellow with just my normal watering.

111 degrees? Holy smokes! Hope you have a/c!
Watering when over 95 degrees is ineffective

Water it after the sun goes down so the sun doesnt burn it. I’d say no more than hour.

I water for an hour in the early morning and an hour at night. Any plants that look like they need a little extra mid day I use the house down in the dirt to give a little extra water without it hitting the leaves so it doesn’t burn them.
