We tell each other everyday. Life is too short to regret saying those 3 words daily.
I’m 44 and she still tells me. My oldest is 22 and I still tell mine. I will to the day I take my last breath because after that they will never be able to hear it. Kids need to be told at all ages you love them.
In Feb 1968. I was 13 on Feb 6 she said I love you and passed away that night.
My mama still says it and Im 40 yrs old. She has never missed a day to tell us. That and be careful. I do the same with my kids.

I don’t really remember my mom saying it when I was younger but seeing how she is with my younger siblings has shown me that she did say it. As an adult she says it once in a while which is nice because she didn’t say it hardly at all when I was a teenager
I am sure she said it when I was a baby, but I vividly remember asking her if she loved me when I was 12. I was told that was a stupid question and she walked off. I still remember that day like it was yesterday and I am 69 years old.
I’m about to be 30…she tells me before I got to sleep every single night I get a text. And sometimes if we talk during the day
Say it everytime I see her multiple times and she’s the same…if we dont see each other we say it through text
two days before she passed, at 88 years old.

And i still tell both my sons numerous times throughout the day and they are 5 and 13
Every time I left her hospital room when she was dying from cancer…that was almost 19 yrs ago now…
I’m 44 and I have to say it first… my kids are 23,22,11 I can’t say it enough to them.
I tell my kids multiple times a day and they are 19&13!
That breaks my heart💔
Never stop telling your children you love them! My mom said it constantly and I do with my kids!!

Not something said in our home. As an adult I tell her. She just can’t say it.
I’ve never heard it… I have 2 girls of my own 18/23 and I tell them every single day!
My girls are 26 and 23 and I still tell them every day! Not a day I don’t at least talk to them on the phone and I always tell them before getting off
She still does. And I still tell my kids I love them. I’m almost 40. My kids are 19 and 16.

That is so sad. I talk with my parents often al usually end the call with a ‘love you’.
My daughters are 17 and 14 and I tell them multiple times a day.

My mom rarely told us she loved us. It was mostly when we told her. You can’t give what you don’t have I guess and that’s how she was raised. I didn’t want to continue the cycle so my kids (14 and 3) hear it a few times a day.
I’m 37 years old, my parents tell me they love me every day. My kids are 17,15,14, & 13. I tell my boys every single day and they say it back

Dec 27, 1988. The night before she was killed by a drunk driver, when i was 13. She told me every day.
I have no idea. I know the frequency stopped at some point… maybe 9???

Not sure but she tells me she hates me (when she gets the pleasure to speak to me)

I don’t think it EVER stops being said or expressed, unless there’s a falling out or maybe dementia.
I mean, why would a mom just STOP saying it? It doesn’t make sense. That is a very sad situation. 
Did U ever ask her why she stopped ? My children are adults & I still tell them along with other family members
Why would they stop. I tell my kids every single day and they don’t even live at home since they are 21, 23, and ,24

Shit,my kids still hear it all the time. My oldest is 31, almost 32, and still says it in front of everyone LOVE YOU MOMMA! Ain’t no in hell I wouldn’t say it back! I’ll be damned if I let my children go without hearing how much I love them.
You never stop. You say it everyday every time you see your child because tomorrow is never promised and if something happens to you your child will never questioned if you loved them or not.
I tell my girls all the time I love them they are 22 and 23. Ad there mom I want them to know how how much I love them and I will never stop

My Mom still tells me she loves me and I am almost 60!
I was 65, and she passed a week later. My mommy always said she love me!

I tell my kids and grandkids any time we talk or see each other. I also tell my mom every time we talk I am 59.
I miss my mothers " I love you" ,she is in heaven now. Love you mom.

My Mom told me she loved me until the day she went into a coma.
