How old was your littles when you start potty training them? Mine is almost 15 months and from how much she already does and catches on to I feel like I could start now but wondering when others started and how it went.
The second they started walking lol both used the potty by 2.
I introduced them when they started walking. It took a few months but both were potty trained at 19 months old, albeit some accidents until about 2.
My son was 18 months, it all depends on the child. My daughter wanted nothing to do with it and wasn’t fully potty trained until almost 3.
The summer after they turned two. I had 2 girls and they were always outside in the summer so they pretty much wore sundresses going commando with a potty chair in their play yard.
My first was 15 months old when I had my second so potty training was not a priority
My now 11 year old boy was fully potty trained by his 2nd birthday… my 6 year old boy still isn’t (has other issues) and my 2.5 year old girl isn’t but we’re getting there!
All kids are different but if you feel they are ready, no harm in trying!
I got signs my first was ready at 2 and she was trained by 2.5. My 2nd is now 1.5 and think when I see signs hopefully around 2 as well I’ll start then too
We tried to catch all poos on the toilet from 15m and had both independently toileting from 2.5 and completely night dry by 3. It was a gradual process
We started my 2 year old at the end of May (turned 3 at the end of may) he’s been ready for awhile but I don’t work during the summer and it’s just easier.
Mine was completely trained by 18 months. Even at night.
Start now each child is different. Most are potty trained by two. Nighttime dry might take longet.
2 yrs old started maybe 2 and half be ready by the time started preschool at age 3
11 months my oldest & 5 years for the youngest
As soon as they walk all done by 2
You can start trying, but don’t force it. And expect setbacks from time to time.
Every child is different one was fully trained before 2 the other just over 3. Female was faster
