How to boost milk supply?

what are we drinking/eating to boost our milk supply?

It’s mostly supply and demand. Make sure you’re emptying your breast to the best of your ability during pumping or after feeding.

Relax and try not to stress. Stress can cause a dip in supply.

Lastly, stay hydrated. Lots of water and an electrolyte beverage.

Frequent nursing. Pump between feedings.
Hydrate.

Body Armor helped my supply tremendously!
