How to care for toddler with flu?

I’m a first Time mom to my 18 month old miracle baby girl and I’m currently 35. I took her to see her Dr. Yesterday and she tested positive for the flu. This is definitely the sickest she has been as of yet. I’m doing the alternating between Motrin and Tylenol to control her fever. Seems like at night (past 2 nights) is when her fever has spiked the highest so getting her comfortable is a chore and of course my heart breaks to see her this way. She’s not had much of an appetite at all. Of course I’m trying to give her whatever she will have but I feel like she’s got that nasty feeling that we all know where she thinks she wants something to eat but when I get what she wants she takes a bite then says no or done and gets upset. I’m trying to push fluids as much as I can for sure as I know this is very important. She’s doing pretty good with them but of course I wish better. I’ve also gotten some of the Pedialyte popsicles for her which She’s also not very interested in those either. She’s just absolutely miserable… she also woke up this morning and shortly after I noticed she’s kind of shaky l, get arms and hands. She’s laying on my chest now back to sleep. I guess what I’m looking for is some advice, encouragement and maybe some of your experiences with flu and 18 month olds. Thank you all so much!
