How to cope with dissociation?

Does anybody else experience dissociation/derealization? If so, how do you cope? Have you found ways to make it stop? I’m a sahm of 2 and it makes it really difficult to do daily tasks when I feel like this. Thank you

I have complex ptsd with diss/dereal. My panic attacks seem psychadelic/scary. Like i seasick too. I still wear the covid mask when i go somewhere. Some of them have been patients for many yrs. Also download the DARE app. His voice is soothing. There are audios for many diff mental issues. Im not capable of this for wk yet im disabled right now

With time it stops. It is more present when life seems to be calm and safe, that is when your mind feels it’s safe to not be in survival mode. Although many ptsds and dis. Begin.
