Looking for advice and suggestions. I have bad arthritis in my ankle from a bad truck wreck a few years ago. I have searched for remedies to help (creams, inflammation pills, warm baths, heating pads and ice) nothing seems to ease it especially with the weather changing. I can either go back to the doctor and get it fused OR find something to help outside of that. It’s not that I don’t want to surgery but I don’t know if it will actually take the pain away or make it worse plus the time I’ll be down with my kids. Has anyone else had a situation like this? Did you regret the surgery or find something else for relief?
Most surgeries in my opinion makes it worse especially arthritis… do your take meds for arthritis
