HELP needed please.
My 16 month old has started waking up to 4 times a night screaming hysterically, no amount of comfort will stop her crying. The only thing that works is giving her milk (almond) she’ll have about 4oz and then go back off to sleep for another 1-2hours and then up again… when she’s having her day time nap she’s began crying out in her sleep but not to the extreme levels as night.
Any advice would be so so welcome xxx
