Desperate for some advice.
My daughter does not stop fidgeting all night. She’s nearly 15 months and the fidgeting has become progressively worse since she was 1. She’ll wake herself up and cry at least 5 times a night which is leading her to be so grumpy throughout the day due to the broken sleep. I know it’s not gas because she never releases anything and will sleep soundly from 7-11 after that, she just moves all night to the point the only way she will sleep is to be rocked on my legs. Ive tried everything. Does anyone have any advice?

We just did a sleep study for my 3 year old. He’s never slept well pretty much what you just described. He has restless leg syndrome (runs in the family) and we just started treatment last night.

How’s her diaper in the morning? My son is wiggly when he’s super wet.
Sounds like her trapped gas needs releasing

Try pushing her bedtime back by one hour and let her play before bedtime. Then a warm bath.

Does she have a bedtime snack ? Maybe she needs more food .
My daughter is turning 2 July 10th and has NEVER slept over 2 hours. She wakes ALL NIGHT every night and only naps during the day for a few min. It’s taking a toll on me and I’m about to ask a pediatrician about how we can go about doing a sleep study. Nobody is sleeping because she isn’t
It sounds like she’s so used to being rocked to sleep, that’s she’s trying to rock herself to sleep…
